Mailing List
There are two mailing lists which are the primary communication channels for the KDE Usability Project.
The general list kde-usability is used for general usability discussion. You can join the list. An archive of the mailing list is also available.
Before posting to the list you should have a look at the FAQ for a basic idea of what the list is for and what's on topic.
The developer list is for KDE Human Interface Guidelines discussion and developer/usability team consultations. This list is moderated. You can also join this list.
