To discuss all issues related to the Usability of KDE in general it is recommended you join our mailing list.

We also have an IRC channel that we use to discuss issues that require more interactivity between participants than what a mailing list can provide. To access the channel, point your IRC client at a FreeNode server (irc.freenode.net), and go to #kde-usability. There are also many OpenUsability volunteers who also work with KDE in #openusability.
